Licence grant
Finite Corporation grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Acid Forever on computers they own or control for music production, live performance and commercial or non-commercial audio work.
Permitted use
You may create, release and monetise original music and audio made with the software. You may keep reasonable backup copies of the installer.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share or make the software available to another person. You may not reverse engineer or modify the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Ownership
Finite Corporation retains all rights in the software, interface, documentation, branding and included content. No trademark or ownership rights are transferred.
Updates and termination
Updates may be supplied at our discretion. This licence ends if you materially breach its terms, after which all copies must be deleted.
Warranty and liability
The software is supplied “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Finite Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
